The Wittenberg Health Clinic is CLOSED February 3-6, 2025. It will be re-open again February 10 at the usual time.
Students who need care during the closure can contact the walk-in clinic at 937-523-9050 to schedule an appointment to be seen, but understand that the visit is not eligible for one of the student free visits. If they are seen during the closure will be billed to their insurance since the Witt clinic will be closed.

General Information
While the Health Center has moved to a new location across the street from campus, all services remain consistent with previous years.
Wellness Visit:
Each Wittenberg student is eligible for 1 wellness visit per school year, which includes:
- Basic health and wellness screening exam
- Basic vision screen
- Health risk appraisal
- Blood pressure reading
- Body mass index (BMI) calculation
- Basic lab testing (cholesterol, blood sugar)
- Review and education of results
- Annual flu shot (administered during the visit or flu clinic)
Additional Visits:
Up to 5 additional visits per student throughout the year for services such as strep tests, flu tests, pregnancy tests, etc.
Billing Information:
- Any visit after 6 will be billed to the student鈥檚 insurance or paid through Mercy Health鈥檚 fee-for-service schedule.
- 40% prompt pay discount available if paid in full at the time of service.
Note: Services outside of those listed above (e.g., prescriptions, outside lab tests, cultures, pap smears, radiology testing, specialty referrals) will be the student's responsibility to pay.
